• Products can only be exchanged or returned in the country where the purchase was made. The original purchase receipt must be presented for any return or exchange.
  • All products can be exchanged or returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.
  • During promotions or sales, products can be exchanged or returned within three (3) days from the date of purchase.
  • In the case of returning or exchanging products purchased along with a makeup service, the cost of the makeup service will be deducted from the amount of the returned or exchanged products, in accordance with the return and exchange policy.
  • Products to be exchanged or returned must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and sealed as purchased from the store, in order for us to be able to resell them.
  • Products that are customized or made to meet personal requirements cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Retail sales are for personal use only. The buyer is legally responsible for any attempt to resell for commercial purposes.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, whether in part or in full.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed to purchase other gift cards.
  • Scent Station is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards after purchase.
